FoodPhos™ PC300 is a compound water retention agent developed with high-quality phosphate raw materials that has high safety and purity, fast dissolution, aqueous solution brightness, high phosphate content, and other outstanding advantages.

  • Enhanced meat water retention and adhesion;

Application
Water retention of ham sausage, meatballs, minced meat, or mashed meat products.

Usage: add directly or add after dissolving. The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.5% of the finished product.

Directions for use

  • Chopping process:

♦ In the first step join the dry powder;

♦ Add the FoodPhos™ PC300 together with the raw meat and some ice water into the chopping mixing pot;

♦ And then add other auxiliary materials.

  • Rolling and injection process:

◊”When preparing the auxiliary material solution in the agitator”

♦ Firstly add the FoodPhos™ PC300,

♦ After it completely is dissolved,

♦ Adding other auxiliary materials, to prevent agglomeration.
