FoodPhos™ PC300 is a compound water retention agent developed with high-quality phosphate raw materials that has high safety and purity, fast dissolution, aqueous solution brightness, high phosphate content, and other outstanding advantages.
Application
Water retention of ham sausage, meatballs, minced meat, or mashed meat products.
Usage: add directly or add after dissolving. The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.5% of the finished product.

♦ Add the FoodPhos™ PC300 together with the raw meat and some ice water into the chopping mixing pot;
♦ And then add other auxiliary materials.
